ReplyDeleteThis is the same deal with the "Fair Use Law" .... People going around acting like they understand the law in full but they have no idea what it means. Talking about Freedom of speech amendment you Frank and People in GAB-VOAT-PHUKS.CO don't bother to actually look into it and read what it really stands for and what it does and doesn't cover.
A large number of people just see words "Freedom of Speech" and naturally think that it protects them from getting in trouble when they curse and obscene language. Here I need to see if Frank you understand that Well....
Freedom of Speech covers U.S. citizens in USA to freely voice their opinion on any matter without fear of backlash but US law is for US citizen only.
Frank you are free to say what you please however, you can still get in trouble for cursing. In many cites & states cursing is considered disturbing the peace and many cites & states will issue a fine to you for cursing in public.
Like I said Freedom of Speech protects your opinion on a matter not the words you choose to use while stating your opinion.
So please try to take the time to understand something before you go around acting like you completely understand it just because you read the title of it.

I was reading Hughes report it is very interesting and explains FB Tec-Tyrant has become a monopoly . Hughes makes a very strong economic argument that how Facebook has become a monopoly and that this has limited competition and held back innovation. … Hughes says that no new social networks have been launched since 2011- I do disagree with him as I have been monitoring and carrying out surveys on more than 50 new social networks and I agree that 84 percent of spending on social media ads goes directly to Facebook.
How are we going to stop FB/TWITTER’s monopoly? This is possible only by university student participation and help. We can replace FB with other smaller Social Networks available but teamwork is badly needed …we have prepared a list on EDOCR
